Below you can find a simple 10 step routine to encourage lymphatic drainage around the face, neck and head.

As our superficial lymphatic system is very close the skins surface, touch is super light and very gentle.

A massage medium isn’t necessary although it may be nice to prep the skin with a cleanse and a facial oil or moisturiser.

The order of this routine is important, so try to do it in this order when practicing alone.

If you’d like to be guided through a more in-depth ritual, join me on the 13th May via zoom for an hour of self massage.focused on supporting our lymph.
