Understandably, the first thing that comes to mind when you think of getting a facial is that it’s a beauty treatment focused on the face. But, I know it holds the potential to be so much more than that.
I believe in tending to our skin through the power of touch with slow, mindful practices that nurture this wonderful organ of ours as a precious extension of our nervous system.
You see, I don’t believe you can treat the skin without taking in to consideration what’s going on with the rest of the body, I see your skin and your body as a whole.
As someone who experienced cystic adult acne in my twenties, I deeply understand that a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t work when it comes to skin health. My own skin healing journey and extensive trainings mean I have an in-depth knowledge of the way our skin works and functions. No bullshit beauty jargon, simply an understanding and appreciation of the skin and how to best care for it. I’ll work with you to get to the root cause of what’s going on for you and your skin so we can create a bespoke treatment plan to truly take care of your skin from the inside-out.
I use high performing natural products by Award Winning Nini Organics, formulated to truly nurture your skin. Your treatment can include advanced facial massage techniques and use of tools such as gua sha, facial cups and LED light therapy to support your skin and help your body and tissues find flow. It’s not about ‘fixing’ but about honouring all that you already are.

Each treatment is bespoke to your skin and needs but below is an outline of what each treatment could offer.
01. THE BESPOKE FACIAL
This facial is for you if you know your skin and body need a little TLC but you’re not exactly sure which treatment to go for. We’ll start off by having a chat about your skin and how you’d like to be supported and I’ll then be able to put together a treatment especially for you. I’ll select products from the NINI organics range and depending on what your skin needs, will use techniques such as facial massage, high frequency, LED light therapy, gua sha, facial cupping and lymphatic drainage techniques to nourish your skin and leave you feeling relaxed, glowing and deeply cared for. This treatment includes a cleanse, exfoliation, mask, chest, neck, shoulder, face and head massage and hydrating products.

02. THE GUA SHA FACIAL
Skin health is ultimately about circulation and blood flow. Facial Gua Sha helps to restore circulation patterns to the face by easing tension through the fascia and oxygenating the cells. Rooted in ancient Chinese Medicine, the practice also works on the subtle layers of the body by stimulating energy flow through the bodies rivers or meridians (energy channels) of which many flow to and from the face. I’ll work the chest, neck, face and head to aid circulation, melt tension, aid lymphatic drainage and leave the skin glowing from within. This treatment includes a deep cleanse and mask to prep the skin and lots of lovely hydrating products to nourish and replenish the skins health.

03. ADVANCED & BUCCAL MASSAGE FACIAL
This facial is all about using advanced techniques to aid circulation, release tension and bring life to the facial tissues. After prepping the skin with a deep cleanse and hydrating mask, I’ll work the muscles of the chest, neck, face and head to aid lymphatic drainage, boost circulation, melt tension in specific areas whilst simultaneously soothing the nervous system. This facial includes the option of buccal massage which is where I work (with gloves) on the inside of the mouth for targeted deeper work around the jaw, mouth and cheeks.

04. THE DEEP CLEANSE & NOURISH FACIAL
The perfect facial for congested skin. This facial has been specially formulated to provide your skin with a deep cleanse without compromising the skin barrier in any way. After a consultation, I’ll select products suitable for your skin and carry out a deep cleanse with steam, an exfoliation, 2 masks, lymphatic drainage to aid detoxification & LED light therapy to support skin healing. This treatment can include extractions, but only after skin analysis and if I feel it’s appropriate for your skin.

05. PREGNANCY AND NEW MAMA
This 60 or 90 minute treatment has been perfectly formulated to support your body, mind and skin whilst you grow, sustain and take care of your beautiful babe(s!). You can expect plenty of massage to tend to your body; chest, shoulders, neck, face, head and optional foot. I’ll use soothing, nourishing products; cleanse, gentle exfoliation, 2 masks and plenty of hydration to support your skin through any changes that pregnancy and being a new mum may bring. Most of all, I encourage you to settle and relax into a nurturing environment and allow me to take total care of you, encouraging deep, restorative rest. (a snooze totally welcome and encouraged!).

07. TMJ MASSAGE

I am currently completing my training in TMJ Massage therapies to support those suffering with TMJ Dysfunction. TMJ stands for the Temporal, Mandibular Joint which is the two joints that connect the jaw to the skull. When these joints are out of place, they can cause many problems from clicking to popping, pain around the jaw , locking or limited opening of the mouth and muscle spasm. This treatment is a full body approach to TMJ dysfunction focusing on the practices of remedial massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. More details coming soon.

06. SKIN REMEDY SOS
Are you really struggling with your skin and feel like you’ve tried everything with no change? I get it, I’ve been there and I truly understand your frustration. Skin remedy SOS is a 90 minute session for anyone suffering with conditions such as acne or rosacea. An in-depth consultation will cover everything from topical skin care to diet and life style so we can get to the root cause of what’s going on both internally and externally. I’ll formulate a bespoke treatment to support your skin and follow up with a personalised protocol (hence higher price point) to help you take care of body, mind and skin at home so you see long lasting results.

08. THE EXPRESS FACIAL
This 40 min treatment will focus on one area you’d like support with. That could be a deep cleanse, product focus, facial massage to work on an area of tension or even a longer session under the LED. Perfect for a top up in-between regular longer facials. Please note that as time is limited in these sessions, you can expect a shorter consultation and we won’t be able to go into as much depth than a full length treatment.
