Setting up your seat
Here you can find all the guidance you’ll need to feel comfortable and supported in your meditation seat.
We’re looking for a posture that creates a balance between being alert and awake but also easeful, steady and relaxed.
The more comfortable we are, the more we are able to work with what ever arises in our minds.
Each week, we will be exploring a different posture together, so we can experiment with and try different postures to find what best works for your individual body.
*remember, there is no perfect way for these poses to look*
You need:
A Bolster OR create your own structure using firm cushions / towels and blankets (explained in video 1)
Yoga bricks OR books or anything of that shape
A blanket
You may want to utilise the wall
Any other small cushions for extra comfort :-)
