~ Some notes on remembering ~

Now that we're settling into February I've realised what a blur January was in many ways. This month so far, I've been committing to small moments for myself to reconnect and it's helping me to tune into the act of remembering that;

 

~ A few minutes of intentional breath is enough 

~ Getting pen to paper in all its messiness is enough

~ Moving my body for joy is more than enough

~ Getting the sun on my face is enough

~ Finding myself in this moment is enough
