Facial Muscles
Here is a map of all of our beautiful facials muscles for reference.
It’s interesting to have this to refer to when practicing as we always want to be moving in the direction if the muscle.
It also helps us to understand the movement of our faces as we express and talk and eat and why we might hold patterns of tension in certain areas :-)
