A 15 minute guided meditation, where I invite you to drop down and tune in to sensations in the body. A reminder that there is no right or wrong way to feel, we’re simply approaching sensations in the body with a kind curiosity. We’re also not looking for anything that’s not there & if today you don’t really feel much, that’s completely valid too :-) We’re just getting in to the practice of listening.
