4 MEDITATION TIPS
& my favourite meditation ever!
If you think that meditating means sitting upright in the perfect yogi position, closing your eyes and having a totally silent mind, I'm here to tell you that this is not the case!
I'm a firm believer in adapting to make things work for you.
My top tips are:
1. CLEAR THE SPACE
Move any distractions & have anything near by that helps you feel calm - light some candles, incense etc.
2. GET COMFY
Lay down, use blankets, cushions, eye pillows... what ever you need to feel totally supported.
3. BE GUIDED
There is so much power in listening to the beautiful guidance of someone else.

4. LET GO OF EXPECTATION
Let go of any expectation or judgement.
You can't be 'good' or 'bad' at mediation. You just need to be open and willing and be proud for just setting time aside to be present with yourself.
